The International Fertilizer Manufacturers Association (IFA) report, "Medium-Term Fertilizer Outlook 2025-2029," recently published, provides insights into the global fertilizer market in the medium term. Global fertilizer consumption in terms of nutrients is projected to increase by 9 percent between the 2024/25 and 2029/30 seasons, from 206 to 224 million tons of nutrients. Specifically, N and P2O5 consumption will increase by 7.5 percent, while K2O consumption will increase by 12.5 percent.
